A few months ago, a major player in industrial printing entrusted me with a mission: to support their transformation from an expert model to a process-enabled organization.

As a project manager, I orchestrate the transformation of technological innovations into commercial successes. My mission is to secure the transition from R&D to market, ensuring operational rigor and profitability.

Today, we are taking a major step forward: the ISO 9001 pre-audit has been successfully passed.

The strength of the collective in service of the structure

My role was to design the architecture of this system, but its success relies on the synergy created with the company's driving forces:

Co-construction and robustness: By working closely with the project manager, we built a TTB (Total Quality Management) model that meets the most demanding international standards while remaining true to the company's DNA.

Change management support: A process is only valuable if it is adopted. It was with the teams that we refined the tools. This collaborative approach helped to remove obstacles and transform what could have been perceived as a constraint into a real performance driver.

Unlocking talent: This structure, implemented together, proves that an SME can structure itself without losing its agility.

For the final phase of my mission, the objective is now to secure team autonomy:

Generalized deployment: Extend the TTB system to all client projects and internal programs.

Final certification: Support the team towards the certification audit to permanently embed this culture of excellence.

The organization is ready, the teams are aligned, and the momentum has begun. It is a real satisfaction to see this system become the new standard, proudly carried by those who make it live every day.

Supervision of the renovation project (maritime refit) of Superyachts.

Maintenance and updates of energy management systems, respecting budget, schedule, and quality.

Direction of internal technical teams and subcontractors in coordination with final client representatives and contracting authorities.

Direction of international teams and execution of strategic projects.

Management of international and strategic calls for tender.

Design and deployment of the global project plan, resulting in a 32% increase in turnover.
