- Power BI/ Microsoft Fabric/Dataverse /Power Automate: As French DPO, in liaison with the CISO and CTO, Creation of a GDPR/NIS2 maturity diagnostic methodology. Aggregation of various data from 0365 Forms to create a maturity and GDPR/NIS2 compliance diagnostic dashboard. Integration of Copilot into the Prodware organization. ISO42001 supervision, awareness process for Prodware Group issues (Teams with Prodware Group subsidiaries in English).

- D365 HR: Management of Prodware Training Quality. Implementation of training processes with Publisher integration (Training Orchestra).

Certification of training and internal Quality / Qualiopi audits. Certification obtained and renewed 2021/2024.

D365 HR with the Prodware HR department. Creation and monitoring of the Training Quality Dashboard. Use of our Juno Juno-Journey platform.

Management of innovation programs with an annual budget of €1.5 million, leading 12 R&D projects per year.

I led the cloud integration methodology of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Prodware's business departments.

I carried out AI proof-of-concepts for integrating Azure Vision into certain field service management and D365 maintenance scenarios.

I structured DevOps best practices and cloud deployment for client companies.

-D365 Business Central: Finance Datamart. Creation of a sales analysis cube under Jedox for the Prodware Business Consulting department and the Nav5GP ERP, and migration of connectors to BC. Contributed to the validation of the Jedox partnership with Prodware.

-D365 Field Services: R&D Project 2 years. Integration of Azure data with configured maintenance plans.
