Ricardo was a great addition to the team. He brought new insights, energy and skills to the project and helped drive forward our customer journey vision in spite of the complex challenges of the organization and product. He facilitated workshops, created and tested options for our customer journey templates until he delivered something that we actively use within the organization which we find useful and helps initiate productive discussions on the customer journey needs across the organization. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Ricardo was a perfect fit for the team and brought his expertise into the project from day 1.
