Within the Air France Aircraft Maintenance department, I am responsible for piloting the study of the replacement of a strategic tool for maintenance: Optimized planning of visits and its integration with the new Maintenix ERP.

- RFP management: preparation, launch, workshops with publishers, close collaboration with stakeholders, selection process in progress,

- In parallel, functional integration studies with the maintenance reference ERP, respecting regulatory and quality assurance aspects,

- Writing business cases, functional specifications,

- Project management in an international environment with KLM teams and American, Canadian and Dutch software vendors,

- Monitoring project indicators (planning/budget), monitoring actions and reporting alerts/risks

IT Project Manager and Coordinator of the Loyalty program (customer loyalty) based on a Salesforce solution, with a 360 customer view, omnichannel (Cegid, DemandWare):

- Planning, test piloting, preparation of the cut over plan and production launch.

- Deployment of the two pilot programs: Clarins FR and Mugler US.

- Coordination of technical teams: Fielo (AR), BazaarVoice (USA/UK), CGI Montpellier, Cegid and DemandWare.

Within the IT department of Bruneau, the French leader in the sale of furniture and supplies in France, I am Project Manager for the implementation of the GOLD Central and GWR ERP (purchasing and supply modules).

Preparation of a call for tenders:

Gathering needs from users via workshops (reference data, pricing, calculation of requirements, purchase order placement, expected receipt, invoice reconciliation, interfaces with sales, warehouse, publishing, management rules for large imports, cross-dock, LDF,…)

Selection of the target of publishers / integrators, monitoring and assistance,

Organization of defense meetings,

Analysis and selection of the best offers in terms of functional and financial coverage

Project management: Preparation of project and steering committees (scope progress, planning, budget, points to be arbitrated, monitoring of risks and implementation of monitoring or corrective actions).

Monitoring of actions by internal clients, service providers and the project team. Preparation of project indicators.

Expression of needs on a new Purchasing module (PP/RFA management, down payment invoicing and monitoring, negotiation assistance).

Implementation of the design phase through workshops and interviews with business and tool experts (Supply: Manual purchase order, calculation of requirements, order proposal, delivery conditions; Purchases: Definition of purchase prices, conditions on invoice and off invoice); drafting of functional specifications.

WMS LM7: functional and interface analyses: receipt schedules, expected receipts, disputes, receipt entries for stock valuation and invoice reconciliation, delivery orders, returns management, entries of items not meeting the order criteria in terms of reference or quantities.

Mapping of purchasing / supply chain flows.

Interfaces and configuration phase: Design and technical functional specifications in a heterogeneous company IS context.

Planning of the following phases: integration tests, training, user acceptance, deployment.
