Since June 2022, as the founder of Rencoret Engineering, I have been building tailor-made mobile and web applications – from the initial requirements gathering to cloud operation. My focus is on cross-platform apps (Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter) combined with scalable .NET/Python back-ends, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests. I pay special attention to built-in analytics functions: each app provides real-time KPIs that accelerate business decisions. This has enabled clients to reduce their time-to-market by up to 30% while simultaneously achieving stable crash rates < 0.2%. 

Furthermore, I advise SMEs on data strategy: from data modeling and ETL workflows to dashboards based on Power BI or Superset. The result is cost-aware architectures that can scale to >10k concurrent users without re-engineering. My one-person studio stands for short decision-making paths, transparent communication, and the motivation to transform ideas into user-centric products.

At IONE – Software, I was responsible for the complete data science lifecycle: from collecting heterogeneous order, inventory, and POS data to the productive deployment of ML models in Kubernetes. I developed churn & upsell propensity models, NLP pipelines for ticket classification, and forecasts for material consumption, which reduced stockouts by 18%. 

In addition to modeling, I designed ETL jobs in Airflow and wrote REST services in FastAPI, which fed the data products directly into frontends like the 'IONE Clipboard' mobile app. This provided field service teams with offline access to customer-relevant information and noticeably reduced their scheduling times. My role also included training stakeholders in data literacy and introducing MLOps standards (DVC, CI/CD), which halved release cycles.

In the global strategy department of machine tool manufacturer DMG MORI, I analyzed market and technology trends for milling, turning, and additive manufacturing systems. The core task was to create quarterly demand forecasts based on CAPEX indicators, industry benchmarks, and competitor data. The forecasts were directly incorporated into production and sales planning and increased forecast accuracy from 68% to 85%. 

In parallel, I developed scenarios for digitalization & automation (Digital Twin, AI-supported process optimization) and evaluated their EBIT impact. My reports served the executive board as a basis for investment decisions in new business models and further positioned DMG MORI as one of the global technology leaders in machine tool manufacturing.
