I am a senior lecturer and consultant specializing in executive education, leadership, and organizational transformation. For over 25 years, I have designed and delivered innovative programs combining business simulators, experiential methodologies, and emerging technologies like generative AI.

I have collaborated with institutions such as EOI, Centrum PUCP, UTP, UPC, Universidad Continental, and organizations like Accenture, Telefónica, Movistar, BBVA, and Philips. My approach connects learning with organizational impact: experiences that challenge, push, and transform.

Currently, I lead and deliver programs on generative AI applied to innovation and customer personalization in collaboration with EOI, the ESF+, and the Digital Agency of Andalusia. I also advise leaders, entrepreneurs, and management teams seeking to reimagine their business models, culture, or capabilities.
