Advise, guide, and support all NCI Agency staff (3000) in learning activities and personal and professional development, by analysing and translating training needs into learning opportunities.

Manage, plan and implement all learning services at the Agency related to induction programmes and training/learning events such as guest lectures, communities of practice, team buildings. Support transformation and change strategies through learning opportunities, liaising with key stakeholders. Managing and delivering training and team buildings.

Advisory and management, mentoring programs (strategic and team management, planning, commercial management, communication and negotiation, leadership).

Full training life-cycle advisory and delivery by assessing training needs and providing solutions. Develop and deliver on the evaluation of training effectiveness and in the collection and analysis of training evaluation metrics to support continuous improvement.

Content creation, instructional design, planning, and delivery in corporate and non corporate environments, in E-learning, B-learning, and face-to-face training (MOODLE and other LMS)

Recruitment, selection, and talent management through behavioural and competence profile assessment tools (PDA Certification).

Co-coordinator and Professor in the Project and Management module and in Project based learning laboratories.
