• Activities: Created PowerBI dashboards for KPI monitoring and optimization decision-making, proposed automatic processes in Python to obtain site data and make more efficient optimization proposals, improved analysis times, RAN 3G-4G-5G planning and optimization, analysis of access network failures and troubleshooting.

• Created ETL processes for data transfer from SAP ERP using Python to the local database (RDB) for subsequent analysis and creation of reports in PowerBI and support with DAX to obtain new required metrics.

RF Engineer: Responsible for maintaining optimal 3G/4G mobile coverage for end-users, implementing correlation systems between network KPIs and user KQIs, used Python automations to identify and optimize underperforming areas, generating and implementing effective improvement proposals, and creating detailed reports in PowerBI to visualize the positive impact of actions taken on network quality.

• Data Analyst: Through the analysis of extracted data, identified network infrastructure failures, segmenting by network level type for more precise diagnosis and intervention optimization; designed and implemented ETL processes with Python for data set generation, and created interactive dashboards in PowerBI for consolidated KPI visualization, contributing to a much better failure categorization and substantial improvement of the team's operational efficiency.
