🧐Problem:
Before our intervention, our client was struggling with challenges such as team coordination, and managing tasks related to buying, renovating, and reselling or renting properties. Information scattering led to costly oversights on construction sites, misallocated expenses, and unclear tracking across about thirty projects. Additionally, managing tenants and cleaning services for Airbnb apartments was complicated.
Despite an attempt at automation with Zapier, the client's expectations were not met. Inefficient data storage on Google Drive and issues with construction site photo management further complicated their daily life.

✅Realization:
I was able to rethink their management with simple and powerful solutions:
- Implementation of a Notion Workspace, personalized for each team and manager, ensuring optimal task tracking.
- Development of a Google Apps Script to intelligently manage email attachments, at no extra cost related to Zapier.
- Adoption of Telegram for photo management, through a custom bot that automates storage on the dedicated Google Drive using n8n.
