As an Android tech lead, I had the opportunity to lead the development of a mobile application for the Suez group. It aims to enable employees of the group's plants to track their activity in real-time and handle the logging part of the recycling plant, in order to replace the cumbersome and untraceable paperwork.

The project began with a design phase. I worked with Suez group clients to define the application's needs and the features to be developed. Once the design was complete, we worked together to help them understand the project requirements and develop the application's features.

The launch of the Valoeur application is scheduled for March 2024. The application allows them to track their activity in real-time and replace the initial logging and unlogging steps that were done using several forms.

As a key member of the development team, I led the design and implementation of the TGV INOUI PRO application, specifically for Android Wear OS. I leveraged my deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM architecture to create an ergonomic and high-performing application. Using these cutting-edge technologies, I developed a robust architecture following MVVM principles, ensuring a clear separation of concerns and easy code maintenance.

A significant part of my work involved integrating the Room Database to ensure efficient data management within the application. I optimized Room's usage to reliably and securely store and retrieve information, providing a smooth and responsive user experience.

This experience allowed me to demonstrate my ability to apply these advanced technologies to achieve specific goals and meet the demanding needs of each project.

Development of the Constellation Sociale application from scratch.

As a mobile developer, I developed the Constellation Sociale application, which aims to enhance individual cultural heritage and foster connections between people through their diversity.

The project began with a design phase. I worked with the Constellation Sociale teams to define the application's needs and the features to be developed. Once the design was complete, I started developing the mobile features of the application.

I collaborated closely with backend developers and the DataForGood teams. We worked together to ensure that the mobile and backend features were compatible.

The development of the application lasted one year. During this period, I developed the following features:

- Creation and management of user accounts

- Process for inputting and qualifying skills, taking into account cultural and common languages. With translation of texts entered by users.

- Publication and sharing of cultural content

- Discussion and translation of cultural content

- Search for cultural content

The application allows users to protect and share their cultural heritage with the world, discover new cultures, and connect with people who share their values.

The Constellation Sociale project was a success. It led to the development of a useful mobile application for users and contributed to the enhancement of cultural heritage.
