Project Scope: Represented the organization for the critical Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of

TRICONEX (Schneider Electric) safety systems.

- Technical Logic Validation: Validated complex Fire & Gas (F&G) and Emergency

Shutdown (ESD) safety logics via TriStation 1131.

- Standards & Compliance: Ensured strict adherence to SIL standards and international

technical specifications in close collaboration with Schneider Electric.

- Integration & Troubleshooting: Resolved critical revamping issues and successfully

supervised complex punch-list items involving Modbus register mapping between Triconex

and the plant Distributed Control Systems (DCS), managed AVEVA InTouch HMI

licensing, and resolved Sequence of Events (SOE) synchronization conflicts.

- Procurement: Directed hardware procurement for missing Analog Input (AI) and Digital

Output (DO) modules.

Responsible for the lifecycle management of Triconex v10 TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) systems. Expert in TriStation 1131 for configuring safety logics, Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Fire & Gas (F&G) systems and Sequence of Events (SOE) synchronization. Ensured SIL 3 compliance according to IEC 61511 standards for 99.9% availability of SIS loops for a 20M Nm³/day gas plant target.

• • ABB Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Administration: Managed and optimized ABB 800xA (Plant Explorer) and Symphony Plus/INFI90 (Composer) architectures. Handled AC800M controller (Control Builder) configurations, HMI graphics development, and complex integration of field protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU).

• • GE Turbine Control: Led troubleshooting and calibration for GE Mark V, VI, and VIe turbine control systems utilizing ToolboxST and CIMPLICITY for diagnostics, fuel valve calibration, overspeed protection testing and reducing downtime during major overhauls.

• • International Technical Leadership: Selected for critical overseas technical missions in China, demonstrating high-level expertise in directing Two (02) full-lifecycle Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Notably led the Triconex SIS FAT in Shanghai to resolve complex Modbus mapping conflicts and ensure seamless integration with the plant DCS and directed the ABB DCS Upgrade & Extension FAT in Hangzhou, successfully validating CPU redundancy switchovers and engineering post-FAT site transition punch-lists.
