4. Creating conversational bots to improve the employee experience in SMEs and large companies (e.g., HR chatbots, IT helpdesk chatbots with workshops for creating and training chatbots)

Support and consulting for the development of uses for Microsoft 365 tools within the IT department in the Digital Workplace team:

◾ Involvement in projects requiring change management and including communication, documentation, and training activities for KPMG employees (e.g., Skype to Teams Migration project)

◾ Conducting workshops to improve skills and adoption of new modern workplace tools (e.g., SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive...)
