As Tech Lead Data, I managed the complete modernization of the data environment for Kärcher France's After-Sales Service department. My role: design and industrialize a reliable data platform (SQL Server / BigQuery / Power BI) to support revenue, operational performance, and profitability management.

I redesigned the After-Sales Service datamarts, automated data flows (SAP, OneView, Google Sheets, CSV files), and implemented control and alert systems to ensure the reliability of 300+ tables and 50+ SQL views. This eliminated dispatching errors, secured data, and guaranteed the trust of business teams in the dashboards.

On the business side, I deployed 25+ Power BI dashboards for monitoring revenue, contracts, inventory, disputes, and performance (SLA, productivity, First Time Fix). These tools supported a +58% growth in After-Sales Service revenue over 4 years, a +10 point improvement in profitability (from -7% to +3%), a +12 point increase in productivity, and +15 points in SLA Rate for 150+ technicians.

I also supervised a team of 4 Data Analysts, trained 50+ employees on Power BI, and collaborated with 8 departments (field, finance, sales, planning, contracts, customer service, workshop, business development).

As a Data Analyst, I led the data transformation of the After-Sales Service department by migrating an environment based on Access/Excel to SQL Server and Power BI. I designed and modeled 100% of the datamarts and views optimized for BI, with an automated ETL architecture (SAP → SQL Server → Power BI).

I built multi-view revenue management dashboards (by sector, activity, department) enabling management and managers to track performance, target recruitment, and guide strategy. These dashboards supported +34% revenue growth and a +40% increase in technician workforce over 3 years.

I also developed maintenance contract monitoring tools (field + back-office) covering 100% of the portfolio, as well as automated emailing solutions (Google Apps Script) and technician inventory tracking (150+ technicians tracked).

Finally, I implemented operational KPIs (productivity, First Time Fix, SLA, contract profitability) and automated controls to ensure data quality and eliminate recurring manual tasks. The dashboards are used daily by 20+ users (management, managers, and back-office).

At NTT Data, I worked for a major pharmaceutical company on setting up a centralized sales & inventory reporting system in Power BI. I designed a multi-view dashboard to track revenue, units sold, objective achievement, and evolution vs. previous year, by product line, category, sector, client type, and period.

I automated the daily integration of data from depositories (sales, inventory, movements) and developed data transformations with Python (Pandas) to clean, structure, and enrich the Excel files received.

The dashboard offers several views: global, by sector, by deposit, top/flop departments, top 10 clients, performance by sales sector (APM). It is used by management, managers, and KAMs to drive objectives, identify growth areas, and adjust sales strategies.

I also implemented automated controls to ensure data quality and validate the figures communicated to the teams.
