I was responsible for developing a system for intern registration and internship agreements.

Client support. Analysis of potential difficulties, possible "bugs" and proposing solutions based on the business plan or client needs, service provided online or in person. Attended client visits for training and implementation of versions and updates. For new clients, I handled integration, training, and implementation of the business plan in the ERP. I was also responsible for gathering client needs for new developments and handing over the project for these new needs to the responsible department. I was also responsible for new implementations for existing clients and for creating reports in SQL. Common routines included: Bug checks, training, testing, supporting the development of new routines, and especially training and implementing the tax-related part according to the company type and product classification, from purchase to invoicing.
