What that looks like in practice:

A water laboratory has digitized its entire reporting process. Before: Protocol on-site with a pen, transfer to Word, print, sign, scan, send by email. Five steps, every time. Today: A web app handles everything, from the on-site protocol to the finished PDF in the customer's inbox.

A health coach now automatically gains new leads through their website and Facebook ads – every new contact goes directly into the system, receives immediate access to the mini-course, and goes through an automatic welcome sequence that builds trust. All without the coach lifting a finger.

A club used to send out its newsletter via BCC list, all manually copied and pasted each time. Today: Registration form on the website, automatic transfer to the newsletter tool, dispatch with two clicks.

Why me?

I come from engineering, have been self-employed since 2017, and previously worked in photography, video, and web design. I understand how processes work and where they get stuck.
