With over 20 years of experience in IT project management, I have had the opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives in various sectors such as hospitality, logistics, and financial services. My professional background has allowed me to develop solid expertise in deploying ERP solutions, managing complex migrations, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. These skills, combined with a strong customer focus and the ability to work under pressure, enable me to successfully carry out strategic projects, from the analysis phase to production.

At Groupe Hôtelier Paris, I coordinated renovation and opening projects for establishments, overseeing budgets and ensuring the implementation of IT standards to guarantee modern and efficient infrastructures. My experience at DB Schenker also allowed me to successfully manage the migration of 350 servers to Azure, while implementing the ITSM ServiceNow solution, thereby improving internal processes.

My ability to anticipate risks, optimize migration processes, and support teams through change has notably enabled me to migrate 38,000 workstations for the Crédit Agricole Group. I have also deployed ERP solutions internationally, supporting the digital transformations of groups such as Accor and Best Western.
