Participated in the migration of the backup environment (60,000 VMs, 10,000 physical servers) from Time Navigator (Tina) to Spectrum Protect and Rubrik Fusion, and harmonized backup procedures between BPCE-IT and Natixis: unified tools, common documentation, improved consistency and operational efficiency. Level 3 support: resolution of complex incidents, performance tuning, formalization of best practices. Development of automation scripts (Python, Bash) to optimize daily operations and reduce manual workload. Close collaboration with system, network, and security teams to ensure infrastructure interoperability and robustness.

Virtualization, Backup & Tape Robotics (30,000+ VMs | 5,000+ physical servers). Monitoring and operational maintenance of backup infrastructures. Daily administration of tape libraries (media loading, diagnostics, slot and drive management). Design and implementation of a centralized system for backup monitoring and automated recovery of failures. Development of automation scripts to improve operational reliability and reduce repetitive tasks. Management of Disaster Recovery tests before each production deployment: full application restoration, coordination with business teams, business continuity plan validation.
