Description

Contrary to what is stated in my profile, I do not live in France but in Sweden. However, on the advice of the platform administrators, I had to indicate a fictional location in Paris to be visible to French companies. I am therefore looking for remote assignments, with the possibility of occasional weekly travel to the site.

I have many years of experience in systems administration on various OS: OpenVMS, Unix (Solaris, HP-UX), Linux (Suse, Red Hat, Debian…), Windows Server, both within IT departments and in outsourcing teams, with on-premise hosting or remote administration of client servers. Before that, I started as a developer, mainly with the Cobol language.

I master virtualization concepts, having practiced it first on HP-UX / HP IVM and more recently with VMware and Hyper-V.

I have a versatile profile, I do not consider myself an expert in any particular field. My latest assignments were in integration and development. I believe that working on varied subjects and in different contexts is enriching and motivating.

I also appreciate contact with clients and suppliers, I am used to working collaboratively to achieve common goals and build a relationship of trust. My experience as a trainer allows me to put myself in others' shoes and communicate on technical subjects with people from all professions.
