They allow for a precise assessment of your situation (technology, KPI, roadmap, financial documents) and the development of a tailor-made financing strategy, presented in a dedicated audit document.

Upon signing the letter of engagement, we get down to business: optimizing your pitch deck and business plan, R&D technical scoping, and implementing a rigorous backward planning.

I then ensure direct contact with funders before submission, including a complete briefing to prepare your meetings.

I then activate the phase of drafting the entire financing application: detailed financing note, budget, financial and administrative annexes, up to the final submission.

Finally, I remain involved during the negotiation and monitoring phase, handling exchanges with funders until the effective disbursement of funds.
