Design and development of a business AI assistant, with a web interface, dedicated API, and SSO integration.

Implementation of a secure Laravel backend, connected to a local model served via vLLM, with conversation management, historization, technical logs, and specialized business contexts.

Design and development of a complete MikroTik equipment management, monitoring, and automation solution, combining advanced network engineering and web development.

I first designed the white-label FTTH architecture, interconnected with TH2 Paris, with client SVLAN and CVLAN management, dynamic routing, and DHCP.

A system for automated provisioning was then implemented, based on NetInstall, DHCP, TFTP, and dynamically generated .rsc configuration files according to router parameters (name, WAN VLAN, IP).

All .rsc and .backup backups are automated, archived, and monitored with email alerts in case of recent absence, while real-time monitoring collects system resources (CPU, RAM, storage, interfaces, Wi-Fi, firewall, uptime) via the internal REST API.

The platform also ensures user access security, SSL certificate management, firewalls, and complete isolation of client environments.

In parallel, I designed a web NMS platform developed in React (frontend) and Laravel (backend), with a modern design based on Tailwind CSS. This interface centralizes MikroTik fleet management and offers numerous features: graphical visualization of ports and VLANs, Wi-Fi interface configuration (SSID, WPA2 security), management and preview of .rsc files, automated task scheduling (backups, scripts, reboots), deployment of custom scripts, management of user groups and permissions, as well as dynamic configuration generation via API.

Application security relies on SSO authentication, strict input validation, and complete action logging to ensure traceability and reliability.

Implementation of automated interconnections between the CRM and various internal tools to improve productivity, data consistency, and process traceability.

My role consisted of:

- Designing and developing robust REST APIs enabling bidirectional synchronization between the CRM and several third-party systems (ERP, accounting, project management, messaging).

- Automating data flows to eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce the risk of human error.

- Implementing webhooks to trigger real-time actions (invoice creation, purchase tracking, project status updates, internal notifications).

- Ensuring the security and reliability of exchanges through token authentication, activity logs, and centralized error management.

- Optimizing integration performance through caching, asynchronous event handling, and reducing redundant calls.

- Documenting and testing APIs with tools like Postman, in collaboration with business and development teams to ensure smooth integration.
