Context: Reporting to the IT department (1 manager, 1 Coordinator, 2 System Administrators, 1 Architect, 2 Systems Engineers); ensure the proper functioning of the Digital Workplace domain covering the workstation environment, mobile devices, and online collaborative tools.

Missions: Manage the Microsoft Intune infrastructure to facilitate mobile device and PC management; Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with other services, such as Azure Active Directory and Office 365; Configure and enforce security and compliance policies on devices using Intune; Oversee the deployment and management of applications, updates, and operating systems; Configure the enrollment of Windows, Apple, and Android devices to be joined in Azure AD; Configure device platform enrollment restrictions (OS version, Manufacturer, Users...); Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues and provide end-user support; Monitor device compliance and generate reports on the status of managed devices and deployed policies.

Reporting to the IT department, as a System Administrator, ensure migration to the AD infrastructure, guarantee the deployment of all applications, users, and devices from STS to the MS AD platforms. Organize and ensure the transfer of user profiles and PCs to the new domain and servers; Ensure infrastructure management with Nexthink Finder and Bitlocker remediation on SCCM. Participate in the development of the project roadmap and track priorities and objectives to be achieved. In a team of 1 manager, 1 Coordinator, 2 System Administrators, 2 Architects, 5 Systems Engineers) track performance indicators to achieve company objectives "KPIs". Support the implementation of the cloud VPN solution for workstation use; Missions: Administration and migration of users and laptops, Active Directory administration (account management, troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance, application deployment and updates; Troubleshooting Apps and resolving incidents on O365, Windows Update, WMI, SCCM client; Escalation of incidents and requests to other Central IT support groups; Microsoft SCCM Server; management of security patches to be deployed on workstations and servers, Nexthink Finder: Audit with detailed reports on the infrastructure (inventory, incidents, Resolve Level 3 incidents in support of Level 2 in interaction with Microsoft support.
