• Analyze the causes of recurring Level 3 incidents reported by application operations and write treatment operating procedures

• Participate in recurring meetings with IT Development/IT Management and Business departments to: Gather needs and expectations in terms of evolutions

• Production deployment of application projects

• Anomaly reporting and tracking, business needs expression

• Control, resolution, and capitalization of L3 incidents

• Optimization of PS scripts

• Participation in the evolution of the ServiceNAV supervision tool

• Maintaining Sonepar's production in operational condition
