Systems and networks administrator in a team of 8 in an SME responsible for the IT outsourcing of clients from various backgrounds (industry, education, food, health, transport...)

I am looking for assignments where I can lend a hand through my experience, which I am eager to grow!

I am used to working daily on Windows Server environments (ADCS/GPO/DHCP/DNS/DFS/ etc..) as well as the Microsoft 365 administration environment.

My team is responsible for processing requests/incidents of all levels, so I can boast of having 5+ years of experience in user/user workstation support.

We are also responsible for the operation and monitoring of client infrastructures. (Veeam and Covedata backup, service monitoring, resources, and machine status...)

Our managers are responsible for configuring network equipment (firewall / switch), but we also have access to the equipment to manage/diagnose incidents or make additions/deletions/modifications of rules, access, or configurations (SSL VPN, IPsec VPN, VLAN...)

We also advise on security (AD Hardening, MFA implementation, AzureAD, Bitlocker, ANSSI recommendations application...)
