    Objective:Within the Hospices Civils de Lyon group, one of Europe's largest hospital groups and the leading employer in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, I was responsible for the following tasks.

    First, gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements in the form of US. Then, in partnership with the supplier Metaline, I managed the evolution of the system environment and the implementation of new customized versions of the CMDB Qualiparc ITASM solution.

    In parallel, I provided last-level support for ITASM to maintain the many links and dependencies of other IT solutions in good working order.

    Finally, I performed testing of new functionalities before their deployment.
    Team size: 20 people.
