Implementation of a cross-channel communication tool (SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and video) between a client and their personal advisor.

Initially planned for the opening of the Champs-Élysées store, it is now used in a large number of the group's stores and was very helpful in maintaining customer contact during the COVID crisis.
