Position creation

Maintenance of production equipment: Drafting of maintenance plans & CMMS solution. Management of technical teams of up to 70 people in 5 shifts. Monitoring of periodic activities. Recruitment. Management of August & Christmas Technical Maintenance Shutdowns

Classified ICPE site (environmental regulations). Prefectural decree. Relations with third-party organizations such as DREAL, insurer, SDIS, ATMO, CARSAT, occupational health, town hall & works council. Delegation of safety powers. Crisis management following an incident (explosion in November 2020 - triggering of POI – DOI role)
