I particularly enjoy solving user or organizational product & tech problems. Whether they are related to designs (UX & UI), apps, or simply optimizing conversion rates for a journey or a product.
I also act as a "product coach" for startup founders or CPOs of more established companies to help them implement a product organization and product culture from the early days. In 2017, I also created the largest community of product directors / CPOs in France, which now brings together over 200 CPOs from various companies to exchange and share on all encountered issues (roadmap, organization, recruitment, culture, etc.).
