• Executed in-depth independent business reviews of companies with turnovers ranging from 10 to 100 million €, identifying their requirements, and subsequently crafted customized turnaround strategies (Agilink, Flexim…)

• Carried out market analyses in areas such as submarine cables, road transport, liquors, and bedding enabling precise forecasting of companies' growth and cash flow trends

• Contributed to valuing companies using DCF models and multiples, leading to successful M&A transactions

• Led a 15-member team in organization of financial events, production of M&A/PE reports, investment pitches, and weekly reports to better financial expertise, with a focus on Safran, Innovafeed, CMA-CGM
