My mission: recording the IAD setup on the sidelines, immersive follow-up of the 4 operation winners throughout the event (arrival, backstage, key moments of the match), and complete photo coverage of the setup for the brand's communication needs.
A shoot in demanding event conditions — crowd, changing light, live broadcast timing — requiring responsiveness and discretion to capture authentic moments without disrupting the guest experience.

Live recording and broadcasting of a multi-site webinar Paris/Nantes — SNCF Connect

Complete technical direction of a webinar broadcast live on the internal Teams of SNCF Connect, in duplex between two sites: Paris and Nantes.
My mission covered the entire production chain: installation and calibration of the setup on site (2 remotely controlled PTZ cameras, video mixing console, sound system with handheld microphones), real-time interconnection of the two studios, live direction with multi-camera switching between speakers from both cities, and management of the live broadcast to Microsoft Teams for all employees.
A TV studio-style setup, assembled and dismantled within the day, enabling smooth exchanges between the two sites as if they were in the same room — without involving internal teams in the technical aspects.

Deliverables: multi-site live broadcast on Teams + recording of the capture provided to the client.
