At Wizbii (France's leading youth employment platform), I was the first technical employee. Over 10 years as CTO then CPO, I structured the team from 3 to 50 developers, set up the Product Factory (Squads, Design System, B2B/B2C multi-products), and helped grow from €0 to €10M ARR. At Winter (greentech scale-up), I took over tech & product leadership: complete technological pivot, reduced customer acquisition cost by 7x, team grew from 2 to 15.
