Reinhard Hampel

Living between Paris and Karlsruhe, I have been a designer of machines, tools, and technological jewelry for 30 years. I switched to 3D CAD in 2004 with Solidworks, after designing complex 2D machines with Autocad and Turbocad. I have developed extensively for electronics (LCD sub-assemblies, backlights, housings, keyboards), for plastic injection, compression (silicone, butyl), and sheet metal work. Detailed knowledge of all 3D printing techniques and decoration techniques.

For 20 years, I have been supporting the industrialization of parts for electronic products in Asia, also in reverse engineering (parts for repair via 3D scan or redrawing). I know how to coordinate the manufacturing of all parts for complex projects to ensure timely delivery.

I have my own premises in Karlsruhe, with the capacity to assemble prototypes and small series, with 3D printers, CO2 laser, and all necessary tooling (own production of screens for digital art --> vijoudesign.com). I also easily integrate components for which 3D is not available, by recreating them in CAD, and I know how to use vector drawings to integrate logos or trace paths.
