The operational maintenance of Information Systems, the management of teams and service providers, the architecture of IS infrastructures, the implementation of associated services, and the management of strategic projects form the core of my experience.

With over twenty-five years of international experience in various sectors including services, industry, luxury, and finance, I have developed a strong IT culture, supported by solid knowledge in networks, telecommunications, and security. Evolving through various operational and managerial roles, I have been led to develop and propose solutions and procedures to ensure resource availability.

Furthermore, the various projects undertaken, such as managing the network and security operational service for Louis Vuitton in Europe, the architecture, creation, and migration of Datacenters (SAN, NAS, Cloud...), the complete overhaul of networks, resource optimization, or support for various business applications in complex and critical environments, have given me the opportunity to manage teams, contractors, and operators in a wide range of IT domains (systems, networks, applications, Cloud...).

IT organization, strategy, and management have become my specialties; combined with my experience, dynamism, and enthusiasm, I know how to promote, motivate, unite, and empower teams, bringing added value and significant credibility to various stakeholders for the desired developments.
