Rehabilitation of all types of buildings in all areas. Monitoring of public construction sites and collective housing. Production of feasibility studies, sketches, preliminary and detailed project design, up to building permits, and technical design, taking into account technical, budgetary, and regulatory constraints. Production of development permits (housing estates, seaside, neighborhoods, ZAC...). 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering.

Monitoring of small interior and individual housing construction sites. Development of prior declaration files (including surveys). Conducting feasibility studies taking into account technical, budgetary, and regulatory constraints. Creation of 3D models for visual renderings.
