Internal development at Dealead by Negent. An MVP structured in 2 modules (Clean + Intelligence) to address a problem encountered in the field at Akuo Energy (Corpus of over 60,000 contracts/addenda/amendments, technical/financial documents, audits, studies, etc.).

🎯 Objective: Make unstructured data usable and reliable before any AI initiative, to break the cycle of "POCs that get bogged down".

🔧 With Negent Clean, the work focuses on "Document Truth": deduplication and near-duplication, clarification of version chains, promotion of a reference document, business contextualization, and actionable governance.

✅ Result: An AI-ready foundation and a cleaned corpus, with ~30% less ROT/duplicates, and direct financial savings through reduced cloud/storage volumes.

Consulting and management mission for the creation of "Vault", Akuo's strategic document repository. My mission consisted of transforming an unstructured data ecosystem into a reliable and "AI-ready" asset.

Secure the management of critical documents (Construction & Operation of power plants) through a centralized infrastructure. The objective: move from passive storage on SharePoint to a qualified database, essential for AI valorization.

*Strategic Scoping, Common Repository & Data Governance:Co-construction with the 10 BU directors of a unique operational framework to secure and structure critical documents: standardization of practices, definition of a common repository (15 domains / 64 families), and data governance rules (quality, responsibilities, evolution process) to ensure reliable and usable data.

*Decision Support & PM:Drafting of specifications and strategic arbitration for internal development to maximize IT integration and security.

*Project Management (PO):Complete management of design (Workflows, UI/UX) to production in Agile mode.

*AI & Data Quality Roadmap:Definition of prerequisites for AI integration into the document lifecycle (ROT identification, semantic indexing).
