Within a team of 18 coaches spread across the country, contribute to the evolution of the agile center, provide support to project and product teams, deliver training, and support the adoption of agility by platform managers and middle management.

Support for the Payment Methods Business Data squad, whose activities involve acquiring, modeling, and exposing payment method data for regional bank usage (MSTR dashboard development, CDP management, Datamart creation, BO reports, etc.). Key point: the team had been functioning in an unstructured way without a scrum master for several months.
