The company offers several products:

- A desktop client coded in WPF .Net framework 4.6, integrated into a proprietary technical "box", on which I primarily worked during my assignment. This application is connected to a high-definition acquisition camera, to the incoming feeds from medical devices in operating rooms, and to the audio headsets available to surgeons and the medical team.

- A new generation lightweight client resolutely cloud-oriented.

- A virtual reality application, developed under Unity, which I initiated.

At EDF (Electricité de France), I'm the Technical Lead of the team responsible for the GUI side (out of 60 engineers) of the solution used by EDF in its call centers. (5 engineers to manage on daily basis) - Agile wise The GUI is a customization of Genesys product Workspace Desktop Edition and allows the call center workers to deal with calls, emails, SMS, campaigns, …, for client support or sales. The software is used daily by over 10000 users. My role includes gathering and implementing new functionalities for the Business, correcting bugs and supporting the 10000 users on a daily basis. I used several tools in order to analyze and fix long running performance problems and improve the user experience. .Net, C#, WPF, Multithreading, Scrum, ClickOnce, DotTrace
