Support for Closing and Compliance Work:

Collaborate closely with financial and operational teams to understand their needs, gather their feedback, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the improvement of systems and processes (Easymorph, Sophis, and Ematch),

Tasks performed:

• Needs analysis for understanding requirements with all stakeholders

• Backlog management, prioritization, and user story writing

• Participation in sprints and retrospectives to adjust requirements

• Use of JIRA tool to ensure traceability and regularization of anomalies

• Data quality study between 4 tools (Easy, SDP, Tribank, and Wings) to ensure information reliability

• Project delivery and closing,

Tasks performed:

• Technical support and incident resolution: Detection and resolution of complex anomalies and incidents on the OSMOSE application

• Test and evolution piloting: management of test and acceptance phases via SQUASH for updates of OSMOSE and IFIBEN applications; then writing of technical documentation and delivery reports

• Documentation and validation: Writing, updating essential documentation (EDB, SFD, User Manuals) and managing anomaly tracking via JIRA to ensure deliverable compliance

• Super-administration and management of the IFIBEN application: Back/Front office management and handling of problems reported by managing directors,
