    My mission consisted of designing and justifying a tailor-made strengthening solution to allow the safe installation of four 4.2-ton lifting platforms on an existing floor that did not meet manufacturer requirements.

    The composite slab was only 120 mm thick, whereas manufacturers require a minimum of 200 mm for standard anchoring.

    • Neutralization of collapse risks:Elimination of the risk of brittle failure by punching and shear of the under-reinforced slab.
