As Head of Prevention at the Société de Gestion et d’Exploitation des Terminaux Marins à Hydrocarbures (STH), I was responsible for coordinating and managing risk prevention actions in a highly sensitive port environment. I ensured the implementation of HSE policies, the management of risks related to hydrocarbon loading/unloading operations, and compliance with maritime and industrial regulatory requirements. My role included supervising prevention teams, conducting audits and inspections, managing emergency situations, as well as training and raising awareness among staff. I contributed to strengthening the safety culture and ensuring operational continuity under controlled and safe conditions.

After my promotion to Head of HSE at NAFTAL, I managed and coordinated all health, safety, and environment activities within a strategic structure of the company.

I led the implementation of HSE policies, supervised field teams, and ensured regulatory compliance across several operational sites. My role included managing major risks, analyzing incidents, developing emergency plans, and conducting internal audits. I also strengthened the safety culture by developing training programs, improving internal procedures, and ensuring effective communication between technical departments and management.

As an HSE Engineer at NAFTAL, I was responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies in a high-risk sector related to the distribution and marketing of hydrocarbons. My role consisted of ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising on-site operations, analyzing risks, and implementing appropriate prevention measures. I led HSE inspections, managed emergency plans, monitored incidents, and conducted awareness-raising activities for staff. This assignment allowed me to strengthen the safety culture and contribute to risk management in a strategic environment for the national hydrocarbon supply (LPG, gasoline, bitumen, jet fuel).
