IT Quality Engineer with comprehensive expertise in the software quality lifecycle, I operate in large-scale Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe). I collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams to ensure the functional compliance, stability, and performance of applications.

My responsibilities cover needs analysis (User Stories, specifications), participation in scoping workshops, and definition of acceptance criteria with PO/BA. I design test strategies adapted to identified risks, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, as well as the implementation of automated tests for critical paths.

I execute manual tests (functional, integration, UAT) and automated tests, while ensuring the detection, qualification, and tracking of anomalies until their resolution. I work with developers to analyze root causes and validate fixes.

On a technical level, I perform API testing (Postman, Swagger), data validation via SQL, and backend flow validation. I also analyze application logs to identify malfunctions.

Involved in Agile practices, I actively participate in ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and contribute to estimation, planning, and continuous improvement of quality processes (Shift Left Testing).

I develop and maintain automated tests (Cypress, Cucumber, Xray, Selenium, Robot Framework) integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), contributing to securing deliverables and optimizing development cycles. I also get involved in production deployment phases, post-deployment support, and incident analysis.

In my role at CEGEDIM, I primarily focus on the quality of HRIS solutions, with a strong emphasis on functional testing and automation. My scope covers the entire implementation cycle, from requirements analysis to deliverable validation, with a quality and reliability-oriented approach.

I actively participate in the functional analysis of requirements (User Stories, specifications) and scoping workshops to identify risks and define relevant test scenarios. I design and implement adapted test strategies, including writing and executing functional, regression, and integration test cases.

I manage the entire test campaigns: execution, anomaly detection, qualification, prioritization, and tracking until correction, in close collaboration with technical teams. Concurrently, I contribute to test automation to optimize functional coverage and secure critical paths.

My role also includes validating data flows (XML, JSON) and checking consistency through SQL queries, ensuring the integrity of business processes. I produce regular reports (quality KPIs, progress, risks) and support project management by proposing appropriate action plans.

Finally, I contribute to the validation of deliverables before production deployment, ensuring deadlines are met and continuously improving QA processes. I also support the integration and skill development of new consultants.
