Analyzed weekly store-level performance across Forecast and Actual Orders to monitor replenishment stability and ordering patterns. Built and maintained a scalable KPI monitoring framework (Google Sheets / BI exports): OP/FC, MSI/OP, MSI/FC ratios, multi-week stability metrics, outlier detection and data-quality controls

Designed reusable daily and weekly views and a historical tracking architecture (W1→current) to support trend analysis and store performance ranking. Developed workload-smoothing indicators to assess operational impact on DC picking, transport planning and store receiving.

Monitored stock availability and out-of-stocks across multiple product categories. Analyzed forecast vs. sales variance and supported recalibration of safety stock and reorder points (ROP). Used SAP ERP for purchase order tracking, product data updates, and replenishment flows between warehouses and stores. Collaborated with Category Managers and Buyers to align promotions and seasonal demand with stock targets. Applied a PDCA approach (root cause → corrective actions → follow-up) to reduce recurring out-of stocks on high-volume SKUs.
