Within EDF Commerce's IT department, as a cross-functional SI pilot, my role is to secure the deployment and commissioning of MVPs, Epics, and Features according to the SAFe agile method. Mission:
• Development and validation of a secure MVP plan with the solution architect: Validation of JIRA (Description, go-live date, and commissioning date), definition of developments, unit tests, cross-SI tests, and setting dates for the Security Committee and the go-live committee.
• Weekly facilitation of the cross-SI committee to ensure the smooth progress of developments, acceptance testing, and peer-to-peer and end-to-end testing.
• Collection of development and testing materials (development presentation videos, test plans).
• Presentation of developments to the business.
• Writing the MVP security dossier and then presenting it to the go-live committee to decide on GO / No GO.
• Securing the deployment and commissioning process: Functional verification of tool operation and regression testing with all the SI of the MVP.

In the management of Portfolio 3 "Billing and Recovery," I was involved in the following MVPs and Epics:
