➡️ Context: Intervention as PMO for the application production scope (over 400 applications across 4 waves) within an IT reversibility project. The objective is to establish an operational transition model ensuring business continuity without impacting users.

➡️ Key responsibilities:

• Facilitating steering committees and meetings (COPIL, COPROJ) to coordinate various stakeholders.

• Creating and presenting committee materials for steering bodies.

• Constituting application packages for each re-internalization wave, including verifying Configuration Item (CI) consistency.

• Developing the reversibility plan and identifying associated risks.

• Defining reversibility constraints.

• Creating and implementing a reversibility checklist.

• Establishing a reversibility progress monitoring instance, including writing minutes, managing RIDA (Requests for Information, Decisions, and Actions), and creating global dashboards.

• Implementing the necessary tools for managing the application production service resources and activities (Document Management System, presence/shift planning, on-call duty sheet, activity tracking, Onboarding Kit, Welcome Booklet (Fr/Eng), etc.).

• Organizing and managing reversibility workshops (Knowledge Transfer, Shadow, Reverse Shadow) with minute writing and RIDA management.

• Performing activities necessary for application operations takeover according to Safran Aircraft Engines ITIL processes (ServiceNow configuration, documentation, setting up monitoring).

• Recovering and organizing Atos documentation and knowledge to maintain service quality.

• Implementing processes for handling changes, incidents, and problems.

• Close collaboration with Indian teams to ensure continuity and quality of operations.

➡️ Context: Intervention as PMO in coordinating interfaces between the INFOR M3 ERP and the client's application systems, comprising over 50 interfaces across several domains (finance, commerce, logistics & procurement). The objective is to ensure the timely go-live of Movex V13.

➡️ Key responsibilities:

• Facilitating committees and meetings (COPIL, COPROJ, Task force, etc.).

• Creating committee materials presented in steering bodies.

• Producing summary elements (milestones, workload, risks, project status).

• Writing minutes of steering committee meetings.

• Identifying and tracking project risks.

• C-Level Reporting.

• Coordinating interfaces with client teams and suppliers.

• Synchronizing communication between individuals responsible for these interfaces.

• Developing and overseeing the interface deployment schedule.

• Coordinating and monitoring: prioritizing and planning interface execution, verifying completeness of deliveries related to interface acceptance testing.

• Managing and coordinating end-to-end testing campaigns and involved teams.

• Synchronizing anomaly management: analysis, qualification, assignment, tracking, and validation of fixes.

• Coordinating and monitoring testers: prioritizing and planning test execution and assisting testers.

• Monitoring daily test progress and encountered issues, ensuring anomalies are corrected.

• Defining switchover scenarios and plan.

➡️ Context: Intervention as PMO Lead on a major SAP ECC 6 program to be deployed in 31 countries over 3 years, used by over 15,000 people.

➡️ Key responsibilities:

• Auditing existing processes based on PMI themes (planning, risks, resources, etc.).

• Defining the project plan: organization, planning, governance.

• Implementing tools, management techniques, and best practices to facilitate stakeholder work.

• Managing projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Organizing, preparing, and presenting project instances (steering committee, team weekly meetings, etc.).

• Preparing and consolidating project statuses for weekly meetings.

• Tracking the roadmap, schedule, and actions of various projects.

• Defining project management indicators.

• Identifying and tracking project risks.

• Writing project status reports and follow-up notes.
