Individual Coaching Description:

My coaching approach is based on the St. Gallen Coaching Model (SCM)®, a

value-oriented, systemic-integrative approach.

The goal is to effectively support clients in their individual development as well as in their interaction with their social and professional environment.

The model is scientifically validated three times and recognized for its effectiveness and sustainability in various coaching contexts.

In structured coaching processes, clients are guided to holistically consider their own situation and to recognize and purposefully change behavioral patterns and

system dynamics that influence their lives and work.

Participants gain new perspectives, expand their

options for action, and build resilience. Changes occur on both cognitive and emotional-physical levels – this leads to sustainable solutions, increased well-being, and higher performance.

In coaching, clients are always the experts on their topics – I offer the professional framework, methodological expertise, and a trusting atmosphere in which development becomes possible.
