Analysis of needs related to hierarchical validation processes in public administrations. Development of a multi-role dashboard (Agent, Chief, Director) with dynamic profile management. Creation of functional modules: user management, document tracking, notification system. Integration of a responsive user interface with Laravel 12 MySQL. Collaboration with business agents to validate and ensure functional adequacy.

Participation in task planning and project monitoring (meetings, retroplanning, deliverables). Contribution to the creation or updating of educational or administrative web platforms. Awareness of cybersecurity, best practices, and digital document management. Development of a government project tracking module. Needs collection, interface design, performance indicator (KPI) entry.
