As Director of Strategy and Information Systems, I carried a roadmap specific to my domain and was the CEO's right-hand person throughout my tenure at Cultura: deployment of a new corporate governance, organization of Executive Committee and BOARD meetings, writing and aligning the company's TRANSFORMATION project portfolio (all services) (with contributions from each Executive Committee member responsible for their own service evolution), upskilling the company in terms of convergent processes that create value for both customers and employees (ROI challenge).

Amplified omnichannel and digitalization of the company, both in business and internal management, replacement of 95% of the obsolete Information System.
