  • Le Panier à Café
E-commerce store redesign + automation + physical point of sale
    RESTAURANTS AND FOOD SERVICE
    May 2025 - July 2025 (2 months)
    Annecy, France
Complete redesign of the Le Panier à Café e-commerce site. Creation of a custom Shopify 2.0 theme via Webflow (Liquify). Support on strategy, technical integration, automations (Omnisend), physical point of sale (Shopify POS Pro), B2B, and accounting export. Result: Revenue x1.5 from the 1st month, and a team now 100% autonomous on Shopify.

    Context and objectives

Le Panier à Café is a Savoyard company specializing in specialty coffee. After 8 years in business, they wanted to modernize their e-commerce site with a smoother, more responsive, and scalable interface, while retaining Shopify's power for sales and catalog management.

Objective:design a custom Shopify theme directly in Webflow, then use it as a classic 2.0 theme via Liquify, to combine creative freedom and e-commerce performance.

    Missions

    • Creation of a custom Shopify 2.0 theme from Webflow using Liquify.

    • Strategic support on site architecture and user journeys.
    • Close collaboration with the UX-UI designer to ensure hierarchy, readability, and visual consistency.

    • Complete technical integration (pages, dynamic variants, subscriptions, etc.).
    • Marketing automations via Omnisend.

    • Implementation of Shopify POS Pro for physical sales.
    • Integration of a B2B area.

    Actions taken

I supported the team throughout the project, from strategy to launch.
Once the mockups were approved, I developed the site in Webflow, then generated the Shopify theme via Liquify. I then connected all the necessary tools (POS, accounting, B2B, email) and advised the team on structuring the back-office.

    Results

Online revenue was multiplied by 1.5 in the first month.
The team is now 100% autonomous on Shopify, with a fast, consistent site ready for the brand's evolution.

Creation of an MVP for a personalized shopping experience
    E-COMMERCE
    August 2024 - August 2024
    Annecy, France
    Context and objectives

Following the integration of Shopyflow on Rosalie's Webflow site, I was tasked with developing a personalized shopping experience. This experience, based on user stories defined with Rosalie, aims to offer a fluid user experience adapted to visitors' different needs.

Rosalie's site is an online gift shop, allowing the sending of digital or physical gifts, accompanied by personalized cards. The shopping experience is structured around dynamic forms that adapt to user choices.

    Missions
    • Implementation of shopping experience features.
    • Development of JavaScript functions to manage specific scenarios.
    • Integration of user interactions with gift cards.
    • Saving selections in local storage for a continuous experience.
    • Data synchronization between the Webflow form and the Shopify checkout.
    • Testing and optimization to ensure the best user experience.

    Actions taken
After integrating the experience sections, I divided the experience into several dynamic paths, determined by user choices.

I developed JavaScript functions to save gift card selections in local storage, ensuring that users can resume their purchase where they left off.

I also implemented automatic redirection to the Shopify checkout after form submission, with transmission of specific visitor data for perfect synchronization with Shopify.

    Results and impact

Memo now has a unique shopping experience and an optimized user experience. The MVP is not yet public, but the results will be added to this case study as soon as they are available.

    Shopyflow Integration - Webflow Front-End & Shopify Back-End Link
    E-COMMERCE
    July 2024 - July 2024
    Annecy, France
    Context and objectives

The project involved integrating Webflow and Shopify using Shopyflow to transform a Webflow site into a fully functional e-commerce store.

    Missions
    • Link Webflow and Shopify with Shopyflow.
    • Configure Shopyflow attributes.
    • Create product, vendor, and category pages.
    • Set up a customer account area.
    • Transfer products from Webflow to Shopify.
    • Configure automatic synchronization between Webflow and Shopify.
    • Set up server-side product search.
    • Create an advanced filtering system on category pages and the "Browse Gift" page.
    • Train the client on managing their store.

    Actions taken

I first configured the Shopyflow attributes to ensure smooth integration between Webflow and Shopify. Then, I linked the two platforms, creating product and category pages on Shopify. I set up a customer account area to enhance the user experience.

The transfer of products from Webflow to Shopify is done through an autosync feature. However, it was necessary to create a system for identifying and differentiating products based on their categories, tags, product types, and needs.

As a result, visitors can now choose their items based on occasions, categories, price range, brand values, or current promotions. They can also use the server-side search function for better performance than with Finsweet attributes.

    Results and impact

The integration between Webflow and Shopify provides a unique user experience thanks to Webflow and smooth, agile store management thanks to Shopify's back-end.
