I participate in the design of ticketing solutions for Arrive, particularly for bid responses and design phases.

I build and deliver training courses on agility, product, and project management topics for Aelion.

On assignment for Alteca, I joined the Agile Center of BPCE Solution Informatique as a SAFe SPC to support the implementation and improvement of SAFe Trains.

I then joined the Lead Coaches group, responsible for managing the relationship between the Agile Center and the Platforms Directorate (equivalent to a Business Unit). My main role was to synchronize coaching actions across the entire Payments Platform in line with the organization's agility needs defined with the Directorate.

In parallel, I led the Product Owners Community of Practice (CoP) at the BPCE group level, with approximately 350 members, meeting monthly.

Furthermore, I conduct about a dozen training sessions per year, from agile fundamentals to more advanced training on Scrum roles (Scrum Master and Product Owner) and Leading SAFe training.

Finally, I have created and facilitated large group events, for 30 to 60 people, on topics of continuous improvement, organization, and transformation within teams.
