Evolvagility is a nascent collective of human beings committed to answering these questions. At the heart of this work is the emergence of a unique learning architecture and co-facilitation framework, deliberately designed to help people develop, within themselves, the capacity for inner growth and collective action that today's challenges most urgently call for.

Following a major digital and product transformation, I was engaged to help business and product leaders focus more on value and innovation at the portfolio level using OKRs. At the same time, I helped teams take an active part in strategy deployment. Much of this coaching involved helping leaders shift to outcome thinking and more iterative delivery and experiences, rather than planning and resource allocation.

Member of the Agile Center of Excellence team. Worked on several different assignments during the three years of mostly hybrid work:

- Introduction of OKRs to support product management. This improved relationships between project and technical, generating authentic exchanges on what needs to be improved.

- Working with teams and leaders to put in place the WHY/WHAT vision. Supporting product managers on roadmap and adaptability through progressive delivery and learning.

- Raising awareness of value chain concepts, systems thinking and flow. The result was the achievement of IP objectives consistently throughout the year and improvement became a real part of the work culture.
