I specialize in managing and structuring complex industrial projects, bridging the gap between strategy and operational implementation.

My experience includes consulting and freelance roles for major industrial groups (L'Oréal, Chanel, Orano, Veolia, Saint-Gobain, LafargeHolcim…).

Currently at EDF on the Grand Carénage program (nuclear fleet refurbishment), I focus on project management aspects: stakeholder coordination, resource monitoring, budget management, and performance.

After several years in consulting for major groups (L'Oréal, Chanel, Orano, Veolia, Saint-Gobain, LafargeHolcim…), I gradually shifted my focus to more operational environments, where the goal is not just analysis, but concrete project advancement.

Today, I support industrial projects requiring:

→ an understanding of demanding technical environments,

→ the ability to structure and manage complex projects,

→ and operational execution tailored to on-site constraints.

Specifically, I am involved in:

→ Identifying relevant solutions (partners, technologies, methods),

→ Structuring their implementation (project organization, planning, resources, budget),

→ Securing their deployment (coordination, management, performance monitoring).

My approach is pragmatic and results-oriented, with a strong ability to integrate into complex industrial settings.
